Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order as soon as it arrives and get in touch right away if something’s damaged or if you received the wrong item.

14-day cooling-off period for the EU
If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason—no explanation needed.
But don’t worry, we give you 30 days.

Refunds
