30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To initiate a return, email returns@keepthemspinning.com with your order number and reason. We will respond within 24-48h with return instructions.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging with all protective materials
  • Include all components, accessories, and hardware

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Return Shipping Costs

Non-defect returns: if you are returning an item because of a change of mind or dimensional fit issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Because our products are large and heavy (solid wood), return shipping via UPS/FedEx Ground can range $45-$180 depending on size and destination. You may either request a prepaid label from us (cost deducted from refund) or arrange your own return shipment.

Damaged or defective items: if the item arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or differs materially from the product description, contact us immediately at support@keepthemspinning.com with photos. We will cover return shipping and offer: replacement parts, full replacement, or full refund.

Natural Wood Variations (not defects)

Our furniture is crafted from solid Paulownia wood (or Iroko hardwood for limited editions). Natural variations in grain, texture, colour, knots, and fiber direction are inherent to real wood and do not constitute defects. Each piece is unique.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return (or confirm tracking showing it is en route), we notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Refund timing on your statement depends on your card issuer (typically 3-5 additional business days).

Manufacturing Warranty (1 year)

All KTS products are covered by a 1-year manufacturing warranty against defects in materials or workmanship from the date of purchase. If a defect appears during this period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.

State-Specific Notices

California residents: Per California Civil Code 1723, retailers offering 30-day return policies must display this policy clearly. This page satisfies that requirement.

All US customers: Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws, including the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
