Your rights at a glance

Right of Withdrawal (14 days)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day period at returns@keepthemspinning.com. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Extended Return Period (30 days)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. This extended period is a commercial benefit and does not limit your legal rights.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all components, accessories, and hardware

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns for non-defect reasons: if you return an item because it does not fit your space, you changed your mind, or it did not meet your personal expectations, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping costs may be significant. You may either request a return label from us (cost deducted from refund) or arrange the return yourself.

Damaged or defective items: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from description, contact us immediately at admin@keepthemspinning.com with clear photos. We will offer a solution at no cost: replacement parts, full replacement, or full refund including return shipping.

Natural Materials Disclaimer

Our products are crafted from natural FSC-certified solid wood (or Iroko for limited editions). Variations in grain, texture, colour, and small knots are natural characteristics and make each piece unique. These are not defects.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return (or confirm it is en route), we will notify you of refund approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, excluding return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

Legal Guarantee (2 years)

All products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of 2 years against manufacturing defects. If a defect appears during this period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, in accordance with EU law.
