    Order Processing

    Orders are processed within 12–24 business hours after being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

    Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

    Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

    We offer the following shipping options:

    • Standard Shipping (Mainland Spain): Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

    • International Shipping (from Spain): Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days, depending on destination

    All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, peak periods, customs procedures, or local holidays.

    Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment at any time.

    Delays & Carrier Responsibility

    While we work closely with trusted carriers, delivery times are not guaranteed.

    Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is subject to their logistics and handling processes.

    In case of significant delays or issues, we will of course assist you in tracking and resolving the situation with the carrier.

    Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

    Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
    We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

    If a shipment is returned due to a failed delivery or uncollected parcel, additional shipping costs may apply.
