Returns & Refunds Policy

At Keep Them Spinning, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. Below we explain your rights and our return process in a clear and transparent way, in accordance with European Union consumer law.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Legal Right – 14 Days)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within this 14-day period by contacting us at returns@keepthemspinning.com.

Extended Return Period (30 Days)

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer an extended 30-day return window from the date of delivery. 

This extended period is a commercial benefit provided by us and does not limit your legal rights.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all components, accessories, and hardware

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns for reasons other than defects

If you return an item because:

  • it does not fit your space,
  • you changed your mind,
  • it is not suitable for your needs,
  • or it did not meet your personal expectations,

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping costs may be significant.
You may either:

  • request a return label from us (the cost will be deducted from your refund), or
  • arrange the return shipment yourself using a carrier of your choice.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@keepthemspinning.com and include clear photos of the issue.

Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution at no cost to you, which may include:

  • replacement parts,
  • a full replacement, or
  • a full refund, including return shipping if applicable.

Perceived Quality & Natural Materials

Our products are crafted using natural materials, such as solid wood. As a result, variations in:

  • grain,
  • texture,
  • color,
  • small knots or imperfections

are natural characteristics of the material and make each piece unique.

If you feel the product does not meet your expectations in terms of perceived quality, please contact us at admin@keepthemspinning.com. We will review your case carefully and aim to find a fair solution, which may include replacement parts, a partial refund, or a return.

If the item is not defective, return shipping costs will apply.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received or on it's way, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 days, excluding return shipping costs unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.

Legal Guarantee (EU – 2 Years)

In addition to your right of withdrawal, all products are covered by the EU legal guarantee of 2 years against defects in materials or workmanship.

If a defect appears during this period, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, in accordance with EU law.
